Jimdo - Senior Backend Engineer
Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development. • Proficiency in Kotlin. Experience with Java is beneficial. • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices in backend development. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. • Hands-on experience with Agentic Coding best practices, including leveraging AI agents to deliver end-to-end features • Familiarity with frontend technologies, specifically JavaScript, TypeScript, or React, is a plus but not required. • Background of building IAM solutions is a plus.
