Requirements

Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive clinical reviews, monitor patient adherence, and recommend evidence‑based therapeutic adjustments to improve outcomes across oncology and other specialty disease states. • Lead daily workflow, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee support staff, resolve insurance and authorization barriers, and drive productivity and process‑improvement initiatives. • Deliver direct clinical interventions, coordinate with healthcare teams, contribute to protocol development and research, and maintain ongoing professional education to support high‑quality patient care.
Benefits
• $130,000 and $140,000 • plus bonus • An employee in this position who performs the job duties in any other state can expect a salary rate between $127,000 and $140,000 (Hourly Equivalent: Approximately $61.06 - $67.31 per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek.) plus bonus pursuant to the terms of an any bonus plan if applicable.
