Requirements
• 0-2 years of software development experience. • Internship, co-op, academic project, or entry-level experience in software development is desirable. • Exposure to Microsoft development technologies or object-oriented programming concepts preferred. • Familiarity with APIs, web services, or integration concepts is a plus. • Experience working in a team environment and willingness to learn new technologies. • Preferred Knowledge: • C# or other object-oriented programming languages • .NET framework or .NET Core • Git or other version control tools • Exposure to Elite 3E or legal technology platforms • Basic reporting tools • Cloud technologies • Software testing methodologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Professional attitude and willingness to work directly with clients when needed. • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced consulting environment. • Occasional travel may be required. • Success in this role means developing strong technical skills, contributing to client projects, learning industry-leading financial and legal technology platforms, and growing into a trusted developer within the consulting practice. Responsibilities
• Solution Development & Support • Assist with the development, customization, testing, and support of solutions within Elite 3E and related platforms. • Support the creation and maintenance of workflows, business processes, interfaces, and automation solutions. • Write, test, and troubleshoot code under the guidance of senior developers. • Participate in debugging and issue resolution activities. • Assist with application deployments and software updates. • Systems Integration • Systems Integration • Assist in developing and supporting integrations between financial systems and third-party applications. • Learn and work with REST APIs, data exchange technologies, and integration tools. • Support data transformation and data exchange processes using XML, JSON, and related technologies. • Help troubleshoot integration issues and support ongoing maintenance activities. • Consulting & Client Engagement • Participate in project meetings and requirements-gathering sessions. • Assist with documenting technical requirements, designs, and implementation activities. • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver project objectives. • Provide timely updates on assigned tasks and project activities. • Technical Operations & Quality Assurance • Follow established development standards, processes, and best practices. • Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from senior team members. • Use Git or similar source control tools for managing code changes. • Assist with software testing and quality assurance activities. • Continuously develop technical and consulting skills through training and hands-on project experience. • Education, Experience, and Other Requirements: • Education • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred. • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. • Equivalent education, internships, or relevant technical training will be considered.
