Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Minimum 6 years of cost management or estimating experience • Experience as a Cost Manager/Estimator with large-scale infrastructure projects • Proficiency in CostX, Bluebeam, Excel, and Accubid software • Strong capabilities in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel • Knowledge of relevant construction technologies and trends (Sustainability) • Experience estimating Electrical in both MV and Low voltage (480v / 277v, 120 / 208) • Familiarity with estimating Fire Alarm, Security, EPMS, Telecom, Fiber • Conceptual and hard roll estimating skills • Ability to provide value engineering options • Proficient in market trends • Ability to establish relationships with stakeholders • Work alongside CSA and Mechanical estimators to provide one combined estimate for the client
