M&A Execution: Lead legal due diligence and partner with the M&A team and the board during transaction execution; manage outside counsel across various jurisdictions to ensure deals are closed on time and within budget.

Corporate Governance: Manage our Delaware parent entity and subsidiaries in Germany, Austria, France, Finland, Canada, and the US, acting as the corporate secretary for board meetings.
