• The "Engineer‑First" Background: A proven foundational background as a Software, Security, or Systems Engineer earlier in your career before transitioning to technical program leadership. Please note: This is not a project coordinator role. We require deep technical expertise in these areas to effectively guide the engineering organization. • Hands-on Technical Leadership: A strong track record of driving initiatives through active technical influence. You possess the hands-on technical leadership and ability to unblock teams using your own technical expertise when complex engineering bottlenecks or design challenges arise. • Ownership & Entrepreneurial Mindset: A distinct ownership mentality paired with an entrepreneurial, "raise the bar" attitude. You take full accountability for outcomes, challenge the status quo, and constantly push for higher standards of security, engineering excellence, and operational maturity. • Identity & Authentication Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of authentication protocols, distributed database syncing, tokenization, and identity access management (IAM).
