Responsibilities
• Responding to client inquiries related to Intropic’s data and financial markets. • Performing research and analysis to provide clients with clear, relevant information. • Collaborating with internal research and data teams for more complex questions. • Managing multiple client conversations at once, prioritising effectively and responding with urgency. • Helping clients understand Intropic’s data and ensuring they get the most value from their subscriptions. • Proactively engaging with clients through written content — this could include short and quick updates or longer research notes.
