Requirements
• Proven ability to lead complex programmes across multiple teams and functions. • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills. • Experience delivering software, SaaS or technology-based initiatives. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior and executive stakeholders. • Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills. • Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies. • Experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365. • Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in environments undergoing change. • Ability to build credibility, navigate organisational complexity and drive accountability without direct authority. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 3-5+ years of programme or project management experience. • Proven success delivering cross-functional programmes in a technology or SaaS environment. • Experience supporting enterprise-scale software or product delivery initiatives. • Payments, banking or financial services experience is beneficial but not essential. • Experience using AI or automation to improve delivery processes is advantageous
