EverDriven - Customer Success Manager
Responsibilities
• What You Will Bring to EverDriven:• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent relevant years of experience • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a business development or customer success role • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to understand client needs and provide effective solutions • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for customer success and a track record of achieving goals • Valid US driver's license in good standing, required• Position will be remote/WFH and requires up to 33% travel
