• Developed and managed applications in a team environment • Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) • Expertise with SIEM Splunk service • Expertise in corporate networking and email infrastructure, CCNP+ knowledge • Experience with Terraform
Responsibilities
• Supervise a small, but growing IT engineering team in India, overseeing critical IT automation, AI and DevOps projects • Supervise the evaluation, innovation, development & implementation, of any variety of internal SaaS Engineering automation systems/AI projects geared to produce efficiency at scale • Provide formal performance management support and review to all direct India reports, but share dotted line day-to-day supervisory capacity with US leadership • Serve as the domain expert on implementation, management, and support of Business technology products and IT applications • Develop metrics and dashboards to provide business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the organization's application landscape • Manage technical requirements gathering, technical gap analysis, and contribute to backlog grooming • Integrate and implement best practices and DevOps methodologies in every step of the IT engineering process
