Requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in a startup environment • 2+ years of professional experience integrating with web APIs and modern web frameworks is a plus (React, Node.js, etc) • Knowledge of Python, json, GitHub, terminal, and nice to have experience with javascript & TypeScript. Resourcefulness and the ability to learn what you need to execute on specific projects is more important than a specific expertise with a given technical stack. • Ability to read, write, and understand code in multiple programming languages in order to understand our platform and actively troubleshoot issues • Familiarity and acquired comfort utilizing multiple AI tools (Cursor, OpenAI products like Codex, etc) • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable leading meetings with customers, talking through technical requirements, and applying existing knowledge to novel problems • Ability to identify and clearly communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems - both internally and with clients • Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems (APIs, databases, SDKs, etc.) • Self-starter with the ability to assess, troubleshoot, and work autonomously to solve complex problems • Superior time management skills to manage multiple external customers simultaneously. Proactive communication is a must. • A passion for working with people, paired with excellent communication skills; you can explain a complex technical issue in such a way that technical and non-technical audiences can understand • Please note that this role may evolve as our business needs change, so we appreciate your flexibility and adaptability.

• Complete onboarding and begin your first implementation with support from a team of tenured Implementation Engineers • Become familiar with our project plans and implementation processes • Kickoff your first client project independently • Lead your projects with confidence • Begin taking your first clients live • Begin to help the team improve our documentation, processes, and develop new tools to improve our efficiency • Be fully independent in your role, and working on areas to gather deep knowledge to become an SME • Be well into your second wave of clients - applying learnings from your first wave of projects so they run even better • Begin confidently assisting other team members and raising the bar for those around you
