Litify - Senior Project Manager

• 5+ years of project management or program experience • Experience developing, managing and graphing timelines; ability to drive to goals and milestones • Experience with managing customer and vendor budgets and forecasting project resources • Strong attention to detail • Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders • Understanding of Salesforce technology; Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201 and/or have previous experience working on Salesforce implementation projects • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university • Willing to travel (~10%) • Experience working for or with personal injury firms, full-service firms, insurance defense companies, corporate legal departments, in-house counsel, staff attorneys • Experience with matter/case management, timekeeping, billing practices, financial/account solutions or ERP solutions • Project Management Institute certification • The estimated pay range for this role is $100,000-110,000.
