Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in display and programmatic advertising in an agency environment • Knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, demand site platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies, specifically within the Google Marketing Platform • Expertise in managing campaigns within DSPs like DV360, CM360 is crucial. • Other DSP expertise, such as Amazon & The Trade Desk, are prefered • Experience with numerical detail, analysis, and using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies. • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential • Business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documents • Demonstrate a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands • Strong interpersonal skills, specifically listening, consulting, and influencing • Ability to experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues. • Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees. Responsibilities
• Optimize campaign performance across programmatic platforms, striving to refine tactics for our clients. • Develop insights to inform our clients' strategies. • Partner with Business Development to develop strategies for prospective clients. • Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication. • Interpret attribution modelling and 3rd party analytics data. • Mentor and educate more junior staff as the business expands.
