Requirements
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience • 1 to 3+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams • Strong computer science fundamentals and system design skills • Experience building and operating production systems at scale using modern backend technologies (Python, Java, Kotlin, Go, or similar) • Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and deliver with high quality • Excellent communication skills and a strong product mindset • Experience in high-growth startups or engineering-first organizations • Exposure to frontend or full-stack development • Experience working on developer platforms, SaaS products, or AI-driven systems • Prior ownership of highly available, customer-facing systems
