Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in related fields, with at least 4 years in enablement or training roles, or customer facing work. Preferable to sales backgrounds. • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with an adaptable, collaborative approach. • Experience with training design, curriculum creation, and a "roll up your sleeves" mentality. • Familiarity with GTM functions (Sales, Customer Success) and AI or SaaS is a plus. • Experience working in or supporting EMEA markets; familiarity with regional business culture and field dynamics preferred. • Comfortable operating across time zones and working closely with globally distributed teams. • PLEASE FIND OUR UK APPLICANT PRIVACY NOTICE HERE https://harveyai.notion.site/Harvey-Applicant-Privacy-Notice-11aac3fcdd7a805a88adea89fa8afbaa.

Responsibilities

• Training & Support: Lead local onboarding sessions and create essential training materials that empower EMEA GTM teams with knowledge and skills. • Content Localization: Partner with global enablement and internal teams to adapt and localize GTM collateral and enablement resources for the EMEA market. • Regional GTM Programs: Drive regional enablement programs and field communications that support EMEA revenue goals and rep effectiveness. • Global Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with NAMER-based enablement partners to ensure consistency across global rollouts and integrate product knowledge and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) into training. • Foundational Enablement: Develop and centralize enablement content, tools, and resources for the EMEA GTM org.
