Requirements
• A bachelor's degree or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution • 4-10 years test engineering experience • Current Top Secret Secret Security Clearance • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time to support test requirements • Experience producing customer facing test deliverables (test plans, flight readiness reviews, data analysis, test reports, etc.) • Experience as a test conductor and/or test director, or similar (i.e. Range events in the military) • Must have a complete understanding of engineering concepts, principles, codes, and theory; experience demonstrating a broad application of those concepts; and, expansive knowledge of principles, concepts, theory, and practices in related technical specialties. • Must possess general knowledge of test execution safety and risk management • Must possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly and solve problems across a variety of engineering areas • Previous expertise and working knowledge of the National Airspace System and UAS operating rules and regulations • Must be able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver results in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment with little to no oversight • Experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) and/or the Intelligence Community • Experience working with First Person View (FPV) drones • Prior unmanned drone or small UAS experience • Professional experience utilizing data analysis tools or programming languages (Python, MATLAB, etc) • Experience with Linux Operating Systems
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement access control policies, procedures, and technical solutions across Anduril's growing facility footprint • Develop governance framework that enables the day-to-day operations of all access control systems including badge management, hard key management, vehicle tracking, visitor management, etc • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new access control technologies to address evolving security requirements • Establish scalable, repeatable processes for onboarding, transfers, and offboarding to ensure appropriate access rights management • Collaborate with IT, Facilities, HR, and Security teams to ensure cohesive implementation of access control protocols • Monitor compliance with security policies and identify/remediate vulnerabilities or violations • Create and maintain documentation for all access control systems and processes • Develop and deliver security awareness training related to physical access control • Perform regular audits of access control systems and user permissions • Support incident response for security breaches related to access control • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies
Benefits
• $113,000 - $180,000 USD • The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
