OP Labs - Senior Product Manager, Fintechs & Exchanges
Requirements
• Experience of at least 5 years in product management. Preferably experience within fintechs, consumer finance apps, or centralized crypto exchanges with direct onchain/DeFi products being a strong plus. • Strong ability to engage directly with enterprise partners and translate their pain points into actionable requirements for the roadmap. • Comfort working across custody solutions, wallet infrastructure, and protocol integrations as they relate to product decisions in onchain/DeFi products. • Solid understanding of fintech mechanics such as trading, lending, payments or exchange infrastructure knowledge is required. • Thrives in environments with shifting priorities and rapidly developing regulatory landscape indicating adaptability skills are needed. • Excellent written communication abilities to effectively communicate product strategies across different teams within the organization.
Responsibilities
• Lead product strategy for Fintech products at OP Labs in SF/NY markets with a focus on growth opportunities within the sector. • Collaborate closely with engineering and business teams to prioritize features based on market needs, user feedback, and company goals. • Drive customer engagement by developing compelling product narratives that resonate with target audiences in Fintech/Exchange spaces. • Analyze competitive landscape regularly to identify industry trends and opportunities for differentiation or improvement of OP Labs' offerings. • Oversee the development process from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with product vision while maintaining high standards of quality and user experience. • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales to ensure a cohesive approach towards product strategy execution. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for existing products in the Fintech/Exchange space such as customer acquisition cost, lifetime value of customers and retention rates; propose strategies based on data analysis results. • Engage with industry partnerships to explore new business models or collaborative opportunities that can enhance OP Labs' market positioning within the sector. • Stay abreast of regulatory changes in Fintech/Exchange industries and assess their potential impacts, advocating for compliance strategies as necessary.
