Requirements
• You might not be the right fit if you: • Prefer rigid, checklist-only compliance work and are less comfortable making judgment calls in ambiguous or gray-area cases • Find it draining to push back on internal or external stakeholders when a case doesn't meet the bar • Are looking for a highly structured, single-time-zone office environment rather than a remote, globally distributed team • ON A WEEKLY BASIS, YOU WILL FIND YOURSELF • Performing identity verification, screening, and risk assessments on individuals, sole traders, and corporate directors and UBOs • Conducting due diligence on tour operators, travel agencies, and their suppliers — researching corporate registries, articles of association, and shareholding structures to trace UBOs • Verifying travel-industry-specific credentials unique to multi-day tour operators • Investigating potential screening matches with a sharp, critical eye • Running Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk entities in complex or high-risk jurisdictions • Carrying out programmatic and ad-hoc re-verifications of individuals and entities post-onboarding • Collaborating with onboarding, support, and product teams to keep the process smooth while holding a firm line on compliance
