Requirements

Responsibilities
• (English follows Japanese) • ・事務用品や備品、設備の管理・補充 • ・名刺の発注、郵便物対応 など • ・契約書や社内書類の管理(法務部門と連携) • ・入退社手続き、勤怠管理、健康診断の手配、人事部のサポート など • ・韓国オフィススタッフとの連携(メール・チャット使用) • ・来客対応、IT関係のセットアップなど • General work related to the Japan office • Maintain office supplies • Order name cards • Handle mails, etc. • Back Office jobs • Handle invoices, expenses, etc • Manage storing of document such as contract • Support internal process for legal request • Support on- & off-boarding, attendance management, arrangement for annual health checks, and other HR activities • Support event-related work • Communication with APAC head office in Seoul • Support for guests, setting up IT equipment, etc. • Explore more opportunities at: https://xsolla.com/careers • We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
