You are motivated to improve processes and help launch a new model of wound and home-based care. • You enjoy building programs. • You should get in touch if: • Active, unrestricted NP license with ability to obtain licensure in applicable states, and current national NP board certification. • Wound care certification or advanced specialty training in wound management. • At least 3-5 years of clinical experience managing chronic and complex wounds, including pressure injuries and other wounds common in home-health settings, and developing longitudinal wound-care treatment plans. • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills, including recognizing when physician or specialist escalation is needed. • Experience reviewing diagnoses and clinical documentation, with working knowledge of coding and documentation practices. • Strong communication skills, comfort collaborating remotely, and proficiency using technology in clinical care. • Familiarity with remote assessment, digital wound imaging, telehealth, or AI-enabled clinical tools.
