Versaterm - Senior Manager, Deployment

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field; or equivalent experience. • 8–12 years of experience in technical delivery, deployment, or systems implementation, with 3-5 years in a people management role. • Demonstrated experience managing managers or leading multi-team functions in a software delivery or professional services environment. • Familiarity with data migration and system integration practices in enterprise or SaaS contexts. • Strong technical proficiency across multiple environments, including Linux, AWS, and Azure, along with scripting and database deployment experience, enabling effective assessment of team capacity, support of escalations, and informed evaluation of technical decisions. • Proven ability to build and maintain high-performing teams through clear goal-setting, coaching, and performance management. • Familiarity with public safety software or mission-critical enterprise software environments is strongly preferred. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical, project, and leadership audiences. • Experience using AI tools as part of daily support workflows to enhance productivity, improve response quality, and support continuous learning. • Ability to obtain applicable security clearances. • Note: Due to the nature of our work with public safety agencies, this position requires compliance with the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy.
