Requirements

• We are looking for strong senior engineers with crypto or digital-asset systems experience. Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and testing full-stack applications (APIs through UI) used by digital asset operations and related business partners • Partnering with those teams to turn ambiguous business problems into clear technical plans and shipped software • Owning software end-to-end after it ships — we run what we build (deploy, operate, on-call); we don’t hand systems off to a separate ops team • Working across greenfield systems and existing codebases • Building and improving tooling and processes around CI/CD, containers, and Kubernetes / internal cloud • Collaborating with other software teams, trading desks, and business units • Mentoring and raising the bar for engineering practice on a small team • Learning and championing useful new technologies where they fit
