Wealthsimple Technologies - Senior Associate, Treasury Cash & Settlements
Requirements
• Extreme attention to detail with strong data verification instincts • Understanding of brokerage operations and settlement processes • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments • Adaptability to quickly pivot between tasks and processes as priorities shift • Exceptional organizational skills and structured approach to work • Working knowledge of AI tools for data analysis and process optimization • Proficiency in identifying data anomalies and outliers in large datasets • Strong analytical capabilities to understand numerical relationships • Independent problem-solving skills with solution-oriented mindset • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience with treasury management systems and banking platforms • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field • 2-3 years minimum in cash management or payment processing experience • Experience in fintech or digital banking environments • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for financial transactions • Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages • Experience with process automation tools • Understanding of settlement risk and liquidity management principles
