Benefits
• We have a fully transparent pay scale for each role. • Salary range: Up to £100,000 (dependent on levelling) • Bonus: Up to 50% of base salary, paid semi-annually based on performance metrics • Pension: 5% employer contributions • Health insurance: Comprehensive private medical cover including dental and optical • Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays • CPD: Full support for CLC CPD requirements and professional development • We review applications on a rolling basis and aim to respond within 2 working days. • Interview process: Initial screening call → Critical Thinking Assessment → Skills Assessment → Culture interview
