Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Ability to maintain focus while reviewing video content • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace • 5-day intensive training program • Training hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PH time (1-hour unpaid lunch break) • Must be available for full training schedule
Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough analysis of surveillance footage to identify and document theft incidents • Classify and interpret events in video feeds according to established guidelines • Process theft reports and maintain accurate documentation • Collaborate with team members through internal communication channels • Provide customer support and manage operational tasks as needed • Update and maintain theft tracking systems
