Diligent Corporation - Senior Product Manager

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS software industry. • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, product marketing, and sales. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills. • Understanding of agile development methodologies. • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. • Passion for technology and a strong desire to innovate and drive change. • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field. • Experience within the Governance, Risk, Compliance or Policy Management domain. • Experience with Jira, Aha!, Pendo and/or comparable tools is preferred. • Diligent is the AI leader in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) SaaS solutions, helping more than 1 million users and 700,000 board members to clarify risk and elevate governance.
