Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with complex, multi-step workflows for business or enterprise customers. • Demonstrated experience discovering new opportunities: identifying new user groups or covering new process steps in an existing product. • Strong analytical skills and a talent for translating complex problems into pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

• You independently own product responsibility for central areas of the general contractor product. • You identify new opportunities in the GC workflow: new user groups within the GC organization that we don't yet serve, or new steps in the tendering process that we can cover with our product. • You build complex B2B SaaS functionality end-to-end — from strategy and discovery to requirements definition and go-live — together with design and engineering. • You analyze user behavior, market trends, and product metrics to identify growth opportunities and translate them into strategic initiatives. • You develop hypotheses, validate them with prototypes and experiments, and scale successful approaches together with design and engineering. • Together with marketing and customer success, you ensure a successful go-to-market for new features. • Experience with product roadmaps, user stories, and the full product lifecycle. • Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
