Responsibilities
• Build and evolve demo flows and sandbox experiences that make Constructor's AI and personalization capabilities viscerally compelling for prospects — with a focus on AI-forward storytelling, explainability, and conversion-relevant differentiation. • Drive a demo reliability programme: instrumentation, regression coverage, stubbing strategy, and measurable AE trust signals — so sales reps can demo with confidence. • Own the release-readiness process: create a lightweight "demo-readiness" bar and cross-team process so new product capabilities are available and trusted in demos immediately after release. • Establish a clear intake + prioritization system for demo requests, turning reactive asks from Sales into a structured, evidence-backed roadmap. • Enable self-serve sandbox workflows that reduce PUIS engineering involvement for repeatable AE tasks. • Drive the Disruptive Demo as an "inspire-the-future" asset — coherent, shippable, and reusable as a storytelling tool across the org. • Set the foundation for Product-Led Growth: identify PLG wedges, define hypotheses and metrics, and (if warranted) incubate a growth squad.
