• Experience: 8+ years of experience in the area of industrial inspection workflows and predictive maintenance, working directly with industrial assets (e.g., pumps, motors, turbines, pressurized vessels)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related technical field
• Customer-Centricity & Sales Enablement: Keen observer of customer personas and pain points with a deep understanding of what resonates in the market. You are comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and plant managers alike, translating technical data into "Maintenance Speak."
• The Visionary: You want to play a foundational role in how AI learns to inspect the physical world
• Technical Depth: A deep understanding of Reliability Engineering fundamentals applied to the diagnoses of asset failure modes and overall plant operation
• Grit: A self-starter who thrives in the fast-paced, high-stakes environment of a scaling deep-tech company
• Travel: Willing to travel 20 - 30% of the time
• Industry Verticals: Experience in one or more of the following domains: Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, high-volume manufacturing, or the production of chemicals, metals, and other asset-heavy materials
