• A business mindset: you can map a workflow, spot waste and improve the process before deciding whether AI is the answer. • Proven delivery of AI agents, automations or workflow solutions in live business use, past prototype, with a result you can put a number on. You can build simple solutions yourself and brief Engineering clearly on the rest. • Sound judgment on risk: data, access, accuracy, human review and ongoing maintenance, and comfort working within approved tools and security rules. • Clear communication with non-technical colleagues and senior stakeholders, and the ability to win adoption without formal authority. • End-to-end ownership, fast iteration and evidence that your work improved business outcomes. • Hands-on experience with Claude, n8n or similar platforms is useful. Transferable skills matter more than a specific toolset. • ## The Interview Process: • 1st: Conversation with a Talent Partner (via Zoom). • 2nd: Conversation with the hiring manager and relevant team members (1 hour via Zoom) • 3rd: Practical take-home task on a real-style business process (1 hour via Zoom)
