• You bring 8–10+ years of experience in technical consulting, application support, platform operations, or similar enterprise technology environments. You have deep expertise in Atlassian Cloud and a strong understanding of the broader Atlassian ecosystem, its architecture, and best practices.
• You are comfortable tackling complex technical challenges and looking beyond immediate fixes to design scalable and sustainable solutions. You can assess client environments, identify areas for improvement, and proactively recommend ways to strengthen performance, governance, adoption, and scalability.
• You are curious about emerging technologies and keep up with the latest developments across the Atlassian ecosystem, particularly Atlassian Analytics, AI, automation, and Cloud innovation. You are able to turn new capabilities and ideas into practical solutions that create value for clients.
• You combine strong ownership and autonomy with a consultative mindset. You can independently lead technical initiatives, understand and challenge client requirements, and engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
• As a Principal Consultant, you naturally share your expertise and influence technical direction, helping colleagues grow and raising standards across the team. You are comfortable collaborating across functions, teams, and international regions.
