• 10+ years of experience leading transformation, change management, operating-model improvement, technology-enabled transformation or complex programme delivery. • A strong track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional change programmes with senior sponsors and multiple stakeholder groups. • Experience shaping and delivering transformation roadmaps, programme governance, organisation and process change, capability building and benefits realisation. • The ability to communicate a compelling, evidence-based story that helps leaders understand why change is needed, what must happen and how progress will be measured. • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to connect transformation activity to business value, including growth, cost, customer experience, risk and operational performance. • Sufficient technology fluency to work credibly with product, engineering, data and technology leaders, and to integrate technology change into a wider transformation agenda. • Experience with private equity, transaction advisory, corporate development or high-growth technology businesses is strongly preferred. • An experience spike in a business domain - for example insurance, capital markets, healthcare, logistics or supply chain. • Excellent structured thinking, facilitation, written communication and presentation skills, together with a collaborative and action-oriented leadership style. • (This role can be based from anywhere in Europe on a fully remote basis) • Transformation and Change Management Practitioner • What we believe • Technology is no longer just an enabler of business strategy.
