Requirements

• You can juggle approval processes across multiple countries simultaneously without dropping any • You love documentation — creating it, organizing it, keeping it current. Responsibilities

• You open doors to government eIDs around the world — and make sure customers can walk through them. • Every country has its own electronic identity system, and every system has its own rules. Some require a local legal entity. Some need use-case approvals from a government authority. Some take months of back-and-forth before they'll hand over a production key. Hopae does all of this in advance — so when a customer shows up, the road is already paved. That's what we call Inventory, and you're the one who builds and runs it. • Secure eID access. • File use-case applications with eID authorities, shepherd them through review, get approvals, and obtain production credentials. Every provider has a different process — you'll learn them all and keep them all moving. • Stand up local entities. • Some eIDs require a locally incorporated company to hold the contract. Work with incorporation partners, local directors, and legal counsel to set up Special Purpose Companies — then keep them healthy with annual filings, bank accounts, and renewals. • Run customer onboarding. • After a deal closes, you're the reason the customer actually goes live. Registration forms, document submissions, authority approvals, key issuance — coordinate the full journey from signed contract to production. • Own compliance documentation. • Each eID comes with its own data protection rules, usage restrictions, and onboarding requirements. Maintain the master documentation set and deliver quarterly updates to customers. • Connect the dots across teams. • When Sales asks "how fast can this customer go live?" — you're the one with the answer, and the plan to make it happen. You sit at the intersection of Access, Revenue, Product, and Legal.
