Requirements

• 3+ years in operational coordination/people operations/business operations / process-heavy environments • Strong operational coordination and process management skills. • High attention to detail and execution quality. • Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment. • Strong ownership mindset and proactive follow-up habits. • Systems and process-thinking mindset. • Interest in automation, AI tooling, operational scalability, and process optimisation. • Ability to simplify operations without losing accuracy or control. • Comfortable working in environments where processes are still evolving and being built. • Experience working with operational platforms and systems (HRIS / ATS / LMS / benefits platforms etc., HiBob experience is a strong plus). • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, internal moves, compensation changes, probation workflows, and other employee lifecycle processes. • Maintain operational consistency and data accuracy across People systems and platforms. • Coordinate execution between PBPs, managers, Finance, Legal, and Service Desk. • Support operational ownership and administration of People-related tools together with Service Desk and other stakeholders. • Track operational deadlines, dependencies, and process gaps. • Improve SOPs, playbooks, templates, and operational documentation. • Support automation and operational standardisation initiatives. • Contribute to the development of an AI-supported internal People Knowledge System. • Help build scalable People Operations processes that can grow with the company.
