Requirements
• 10+ years in People/HR Operations, including real experience leading and developing People Ops specialists, not just doing the work solo. • Experience at an AI-native or fast-scaling tech company (or a clear point of view on what it means to run an AI-native People Ops function). • Direct experience owning multi-country payroll, benefits, and compliance; Sweden, UK, and US experience is a strong plus given Lovable's footprint. • A track record designing scalable People Ops systems and processes in a high-growth environment, moving a function from ad hoc to structured. • Balances speed with rigor: can move quickly in ambiguity while building the controls, documentation, and quality bar needed for scale — including privacy-by-design, role-based access, and safe AI usage standards.
