• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with meaningful full-stack ownership • Proven track record at a startup or high-growth environment: you’ve worn multiple hats and delivered under real constraints • Product and commercial mindset: you understand how engineering decisions connect to business outcomes • Strong communication skills—you can collaborate cross-functionally, work with customers, and write clearly • Startup mindset: high ownership, high velocity, pragmatic judgment • BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred • Familiarity in C++ in high-performance, low-latency, or real-time systems preferred • Familiarity with Python—REST APIs, async services, data processing pipelines preferred, not required • Familiarity with React and TypeScript preferred, not required • Experience with real-time data pipelines, event-driven architectures, or streaming systems preferred, not required • Familiarity with GCP and cloud-connected deployments preferred • $160,000 - $200,000 a year • We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
