Spotify - Full Stack Engineer

• You are experienced in designing and developing backend applications in Java. • You have a solid understanding of React, and TypeScript and are passionate about delivering end-to-end experiences and software architecture across the back-end, front-end, and the APIs that glue them together. • You have a growth mindset, are curious, and are not afraid to be experimental. You share your ideas and continuously improve yourself and the team around you. • Experience with infrastructure-related technologies is a plus. • You care about agile software development and a culture of constant learning and improvement. • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and can communicate your ideas. • You have experience and passion for mentoring and encouraging collaborative teams. • Where You'll Be • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! For this role, you can be within the North Americas region as long as we have a work location. • This team operates within the Eastern Standard time zone for collaboration. • The United States base range for this position is $150,000 - $189,000 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave.
