NICE - Client Services Project Manager, CX
Requirements
• Exposure to software delivery involving conversational AI or AI-enabled platforms. • Basic understanding of AI, LLM, or NLU concepts and terminology. • Ability to follow and document AI-related requirements and risks. • Support customer expectation-setting with guidance from senior team members. • Awareness of common AI risks such as data quality or model limitations. • Familiar in learning prompt engineering concepts and AI performance metrics. • Comfort using AI-powered tools for productivity, documentation, or analysis. • Up to 4 years of experience supporting customer-facing software or SaaS projects. • Foundational understanding of AI, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. • Experience working in AI, technical, or SaaS environments preferred. • Developing problem-solving and risk-awareness skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. • Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or Salesforce. • PMP, AI, or similar certification a plus
