Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • At least 3 year of experience working in a Crypto Exchange or related setup (ie, Decentralise Exchanges/ Crypto Applications) • Proven experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or a related field • Strong content creation skills with experience in email, web, social media, and other digital platforms. • Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and optimize campaigns for improved performance. • Excellent project management skills and ability to work across teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Why Join UsAt Bybit, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching work environment. Responsibilities
• End-to-End Campaign Management: Own the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns across the company, from initial concept and design to execution and post-campaign analysis. • End-to-End Campaign Management: • Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and produce engaging marketing content for various channels, including email, push notifications, web content, social media, and more, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives. • Content Creation & Strategy: • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Design and implement creative marketing campaigns focused on user acquisition, retention, and driving revenue, continually optimizing for performance based on data insights. • Campaign Execution & Optimization: • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to align on campaign objectives and ensure cohesive messaging. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Market Insights & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and market trends to provide actionable insights, recommend improvements, and report on key metrics to stakeholders. • Market Insights & Reporting: • Adaptability & Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to evolving business needs and challenges, ensuring the marketing strategy remains innovative and competitive in a fast-moving industry. • Adaptability & Innovation: • Other Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned, supporting broader company marketing initiatives and contributing to company growth.
