Requirements
• Proven experience as a Release Manager within software, fintech or other technology-led environments. • Track record of owning end-to-end release processes for complex, business-critical systems. • Experience coordinating testing, deployment and change management across multiple teams. • Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD and automated testing. • Experience leading incident response and driving improvements to release quality and delivery. • Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Agile delivery methodologies.
Responsibilities
• Own and refine the end-to-end release process across teams and regions. • Coordinate releases, ensuring testing, QA and sign-off are completed ahead of deployment. • Enforce release governance, change-control standards and deployment procedures. • Lead incident response and post-mortems, driving continuous improvement. • Track release metrics and improve release tooling, automation and processes. • Communicate release status, risks and outcomes to stakeholders across the business. • We are committed to making our recruitment process accessible to all and we encourage candidates to inform us of any required adjustments.
