Responsibilities
• Establish scalable processes for geothermal construction projects using Bedrock technology tools. • Oversee the success of project implementations with an emphasis on field operations and safety logistics. • Manage client relationships across functions to ensure a seamless customer experience in drilling projects. • Work cross-functionally with equipment vendors for Field team support, ensuring excellence in execution. • Define new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), resource hypotheses, investment priorities, and risk matrices from scratch. • Collaborate with technologists to refine geothermal heating & cooling system construction technologies for improved economics, reliability, and scalability.
