• 8+ years in operations, fintech, payments, banking, or another high-scale operational environment. • You're an operator-builder. You redesign and scale processes, you don't just run them. • Deeply customer-obsessed: you understand operations directly shape trust and product experience. • Data-driven and hands-on with SQL, dashboards, and operational data to diagnose problems. • First-principles thinker. You move from issue resolution to root-cause fixes and long-term systems. • Hands-on enough to inspect detail, senior enough to build leaders and mechanisms that scale beyond you.
