• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field; 4+ years of military experience in administration, personnel or human resources can substitute for degree. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently. • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. • Effective interpersonal skills and professional demeanor. • Experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms. • Familiarity with Job Boards or similar sourcing tools. • Prior experience conducting interviews, counseling sessions or personnel briefs. • Interest in talent acquisition, human resources and workforce development. • Other Eligibility Factors: • Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment. • Reliable in meeting deadlines and deliverables. • Willingness to follow information governance and documentation standards. • Ability to handle sensitive candidate and employee information responsibly. • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including BD, proposals and hiring managers. • Professional maturity and accountability appropriate for a consulting role. • At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range.
