Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Software Architect, with deep expertise in backend technologies. • 3+ years in a technical leadership role (Staff, Principal, or Architect) for a SaaS product supporting an engineering organization of 25–50+ engineers. • Proven experience working cross-functionally and leading through influence across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams. • Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture and cloud-based technologies. • Deep knowledge of security, performance, scalability, and maintainability best practices in distributed systems. • Demonstrated ability to advocate for and implement innovative technical solutions that improve performance, reliability, or developer experience. • Prior experience working in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries. • Experience in startup or high-growth environments, particularly those scaling from 50–150+ engineers. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences and influence decision-making. • We're serious about your well-being! Benefits

• $229,169 – $283,800 • Offers Equity • Range above includes base salary, there is no bonus for this role. • The range above represents the minimum and maximum for starting total cash in this role.
