Requirements

• Degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience • Strong background in electronics and laser-optics systems (approx. 3 years) • Proven experience supervising a team within high-tech manufacturing environments • Knowledge of process-controlled environments and production systems • Experience with ERP and standard software tools (e.g Microsoft Office) • Excellent communication, organisation and problem solving skills • Lean Manufacturing or Six-Sigma (desired) • Laser safety training to Class 4 laser use (desired) • Location: • This position is fully based on-site, 5 days per week in our Oxford office (Littlemore, Trade City)
