Tuesday Health - Data Analyst, Clinical Operations
Requirements
• Proficiency with SQL • Proficiency with one or more BI tools (ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.) • 2-4 years in healthcare analytics or a related data role • Experience building dashboards or recurring reporting that supports operations • Nice-To-Have: • Experience analyzing and transforming data in Python • Familiarity with dbt and analytics engineering best practices • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar cloud data platforms • Experience with healthcare datasets (e.g. claims, ADT/HIE) • Experience with git for version control
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Engagement) to clarify analytic needs and define requirements. • Build clear analyses, visuals, and dashboards using datasets such as claims, pharmacy, FHIR, Elevate, and other internal tools. • Prepare customer-facing summaries that show Tuesday Health impact, support JOC materials, and track progress toward SLAs. • Assist with data model development by creating well-documented transformations and partner with Analytics Engineering to ensure models stay accurate and aligned with reporting needs. • Monitor data quality for dashboards and reports. Flag anomalies, locate root causes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to reduce downstream reporting issues. • A strong candidate will demonstrate the following: • Care about improving healthcare and Tuesday’s mission. • Tell clear stories with data and simplify complex ideas for non-technical audiences. • Show comfort in a fast-moving, fluid environment. • Enjoy creating clean, thoughtful visuals and slides. • Approach work with curiosity and willingness to dig. • Maintain a high bar for accuracy and quality.
