Requirements
• A strong background in systems testing, integration, or V&V, gained in a complex hardware-software domain like robotics, automotive, aerospace, or defense. • Hands-on experience delivering formal test campaigns against defined requirements in a regulated or mission-critical setting. • A knack for building and managing efficient test environments, including hardware-in-the-loop setups and test automation frameworks. • A structured, evidence-based approach and the confidence to be the authority on system compliance and readiness. • The ability to translate complex test results into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Familiarity with robotics platforms (ROS is a plus), embedded systems, and common communication protocols. • Experience with requirements and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Jama, Polarion). • An eagerness to work hands-on in workshop, lab, and field environments, with a willingness to travel for trials and customer events. • Excellent English communication skills. • Please note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply.
