Requirements

Responsibilities
• Serve as the Finance point of contact for Zip (intake/PO), Concur (T&E), and Ironclad (contracts); ensure requests flow efficiently with proper approvals and documentation. • Zip (intake/PO), Concur (T&E), and Ironclad (contracts) • Partner with Accounting on month‑end close for opex: accruals, reclasses, coding hygiene, and actuals vs. forecast reconciliations. • actuals vs. forecast • Build and maintain variance reporting (month‑over‑month, quarter‑to‑date, YoY) with clear drivers and recommended actions. • variance reporting • Support the FP&A Expense Lead on forecasting and budget refreshes; maintain driver‑based models at cost‑center and department levels. • forecasting and budget • Develop and deliver reporting packages and executive dashboards covering opex trends, run‑rate analyses, policy exceptions, and savings opportunities.
