Requirements

Responsibilities
• You’ll be joining the Restaurant Launch team. We are centralising our launch and sales development activity into a high-energy hub to ensure a consistent, world-class experience for our European Small and Medium Business (SMB) partners. • Restaurant Launch • Drive Partner Onboarding: Act as the primary guide for new restaurants, helping them get set up and fully prepared to start taking their first orders. • Drive Partner Onboarding: • Deliver High-Touch Service: Use your communication and problem-solving skills to answer partner questions and provide exceptional support during the onboarding journey. • Deliver High-Touch Service: • Own the Phone: Manage a high volume of calls, maintaining a strong presence while helping partners navigate the technical and operational steps of joining Deliveroo. • Own the Phone: • Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure a flawless "handover" for every new partner. • Collaborate for Success: • Hit Ambitious KPIs: Develop and maintain daily call plans to meet challenging targets while ensuring no partner is left behind. • Hit Ambitious KPIs:
