DRW - Associate General Counsel

• At least 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in the UK with a focus on derivatives • Strong familiarity with ISDA Master Agreements, including Credit Support Annexes, Global Master Repurchase Agreements (GMRA), Global Master Securities Lending Agreements (GMSLA), prime brokerage agreements, portfolio margining agreements, custody agreements and master confirmations • Knowledge of electronic trading and associated documentation • Experience negotiating derivatives and trading documentation with a range of entity types • Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and on tight timelines • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the firm and across all functional groups • Buy-side experience is preferred but not required • Experience with digital assets and/or EFETs for physical gas trading is preferred but not required • For more information about DRW's processing activities and our use of job applicants' data, please view our Privacy Notice at https://drw.com/privacy-notice. • California residents, please review the California Privacy Notice for information about certain legal rights at https://drw.com/california-privacy-notice. • #LI-MM1
